Single family homes dominate the neighborhood, many are fully detached with front, side, and rear yards. There are a small number of condos found in the neighborhood, all found in smaller condo buildings. There are no large condo developments in Presidio Heights.

Medium-High. The shops on Sacramento and California (Laurel Village) are within a short walk of most homes. If you are an outdoor enthusiast, you’ll love being so close to the trails and open spaces of the Presidio.
