Clarendon Heights is part of District 5 on a San Francisco MLS map. Its MLS designation is 5h. Located above The Castro and adjacent to Twin Peaks, the neighborhood is filled with trophy homes that offer spectactular bridge to bridge views on a sunny day.

Housing Stock/Style:
Single family homes, many fully detached, on large lots. Most homes were either custom built, or have been extensively remodeled to the extent that they feel like custom built homes. The area was originally developed starting in the 1950s and 1960s.

Latte Factor:
There are no neighborhood shops or stores, you'll be walking or driving to the closets commercial districts which would include Cole Valley and The Castro. 

Transit Options:
There are several bus lines that run near the neighborhood, but transportation to and from the neighborhood assumes you have a car or incredibly strong legs.
